Once you have submitted a complaint, our legal department will respond by phone or email within 72 hours. If you have submitted a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, please allow up to 30 days for our team to respond.
What information do I need to provide?
Please provide us with as much information as possible to help us expedite your request. This includes information such as the phone numbers involved, as well as the approximate date and time of the calls.
How are cases handled?
We do not provide any information without documentation. Once we receive your inquiry, we will search our database to determine if our service was used. If matching records are found, we will contact you with further instructions. Once additional documentation is received, we can then release all records you have requested.
Is SpoofCard legal?
Yes, SpoofCard and our technology are 100% legal in the United States. If you are in a country outside of the United States, it is your responsibility to determine whether the use of SpoofCard and other features of SpoofCard are legal in the country where you are calling to or from.
